The hot air is exhausted out of the top of the unit through ducting. There are many creative ways to exhaust the hot air out of your room.

Our units come standard with a 5-gallon tank. There is an optional pump that can be installed removing the need to empty the bucket. The amount that the bucket needs to be emptied depends on the relative humidity of the room. In general the bucket fills up once every 24 hours.
